I receive lots of messages from people looking to track down lost friends or family members—so many messages that I decided to create a message board devoted to these people. Just ask a question about your lost friend and hopefully you’ll get some answers

Who answers these messages? and where?
Your messages will be answered by volunteers, called Friend Fairies. They are experienced at tracking down names and information on people, which is why it’s important to provide them with all the required details. These volunteers are not paid and without them, this board wouldn’t be possible.

Looking for my sister. My mother, Lynne Adams Johnson Battancourt, had an older child, Stacey, born in 1961. Rachel was born probably in 1963, maybe 1964. She was abducted from the LA area by a babysitter named Alma, and taken to Texas. It is believed she may have been taken after that to Tennessee. I have only one picture of Rachel, at about 6 months of age. I can’t get any more information from my mother, and really want to find my missing sister. She may not know she was abducted. She also suffered from Grand mal seizures. Shortly thereafter, I had another sister, Nadine who died at age of 3, in Cali. I was adopted at birth, and have found my birth mother, Lynne, but I really want to find my sister Rachel if she is still alive.
