I receive lots of messages from people looking to track down lost friends or family members—so many messages that I decided to create a message board devoted to these people. Just ask a question about your lost friend and hopefully you’ll get some answers

Who answers these messages? and where?
Your messages will be answered by volunteers, called Friend Fairies. They are experienced at tracking down names and information on people, which is why it’s important to provide them with all the required details. These volunteers are not paid and without them, this board wouldn’t be possible.

Looking for one Tommy Wakefielld…lived in Aztec,NM back in the late 50s, has a brother named Jimmy. Should be between 60 to 66 years of age. Thought to be living in CA now.
looing for marilyn long in rockford, il. or beloit wisc. she is in her 50′s , she had 4 daughters, jennifer, tammy, shari and kari, last i knew she lived in rockford, il.
I found a Marilyn aged 57 who also has/had the last name of Fortner. Not sure if this is her. There is another who is also from Rockford but she is in her 60′s. The one that is 57 has a listing for

I am searching for a long lost friend. His name is Darrell Coe. We used to ride bulls together and bucking horses. He was living in Rapid City South Dakota at the time In 1959 thru 1963. His home town was Flint Michigan. He was older than me so he would probably be around 69 yrs old.
Well it looks like Darrel has retired to Florida. Saw a lovely article from 2002 about the rodeo and he was mentioned. Him and his wife Carol live in Hollywood Florida. The last address and number I see for him is:

Thanks Anne, I did locate that number. I was hesitant to call her however, since I was reluctant to involve her. Maybe he wants to keep his past in the past. What do you think?
Well Marynell you do not share why you want contact him. If it is of a personal nature then I would just tell her you are a friend and leave a number. It is quite possible that although the telephone is in her name that they all live together. With so many people having cell phones many land lines are being done away with.
I do not see any other contact information for him. I am sure you will do what feels right in your heart.

Hi, I’m trying to find a long lost friend whom I care very much about. Her name is ROCHELLE SMITH. She is about 38 or so and her last known employer was the New York City Department of Traffic DOT. She is Jamaican decent, dark complexion, short hair, slim built, has a daughter about 11 years old or so. Her last known address was in Brooklyn NY. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
I’m looking for a buddy that I met at Camp LeJeune, N.C., where we were military dependents. I kept up with him for a number of yrs, and lost track when he was in California around 1978. His full name is Robert Ulysses Hoffman and he would be about 50-51 now.
